BBQ Pork Nachos
Pulled pork, BBQ sauce, green chiles, and cheese combine for a tasty twist on nachos.

- 8 oz tortilla chips
- 1 small can diced green chiles
- 1 cup pulled pork
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 8 oz shredded cheese of your choice (hand shredded melts better)
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on sheet pan.
Scatter pulled pork evenly over chips.
Drizzle BBQ sauce over chips and pulled pork.
Scatter green chiles evenly.
Top with shredded cheese on top of everything.
Bake for 10 minutes.
