BBQ Pork Nachos

Pulled pork, BBQ sauce, green chiles, and cheese combine for a tasty twist on nachos.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz tortilla chips
  • 1 small can diced green chiles
  • 1 cup pulled pork
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 8 oz shredded cheese of your choice (hand shredded melts better)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
  • Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on sheet pan.
  • Scatter pulled pork evenly over chips.
  • Drizzle BBQ sauce over chips and pulled pork.
  • Scatter green chiles evenly.
  • Top with shredded cheese on top of everything.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
