How to Make BBQ Pork Nachos
- For easy clean up, line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- Spread out an even layer of tortilla chips.
- Scatter pulled pork over tortilla chips.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce over chips and pork.
- Scatter green chiles over everything.
- Top with cheese of your choice.
- Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts (approx. 10 minutes).
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce and sour cream.
Variations You Can Try
- If you like spice, then swap out the green chiles for jalapenos.
- I used a combination of cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese but pepper jack would be great too.
- Swap out the pulled pork for chicken.

Ingredients
- 8 oz tortilla chips
- 1 small can diced green chiles
- 1 cup pulled pork
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 8 oz shredded cheese of your choice (hand shredded melts better)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on sheet pan.
- Scatter pulled pork evenly over chips.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce over chips and pulled pork.
- Scatter green chiles evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese on top of everything.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
