How to Make a Refreshing and Fun Fruity Mocktail
Everyone needs a fun mocktail recipe, and this Apple Blossom mocktail is perfect for showers, backyard parties, or any time you need a refreshing drink. With only three ingredients, this recipe can be made in less than five minutes. All you need is frozen orange juice concentrate, apple juice, and ginger ale.
A Note About Quantities
The full recipe makes 50 servings and is great for a party. To make Apple Blossoms just for yourself, simply use 1/3 of the quantities listed in the recipe below. Keep a pitcher in the fridge with the apple juice and orange juice concentrate mixed together. When you are ready to make the mocktail, add some ginger ale to your glass with the juice mixture. Stir and enjoy!

Apple Blossom Mocktail
Ingredients
- 3 quarts apple juice
- 3 cans (12 oz. each) frozen orange juice concentrate
- 3 liters ginger ale
- 1 orange sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Stir together frozen orange juice concentrate and apple juice in a large bowl or pitcher.
- Add ginger ale and stir.
- Pour over an ice ring or block of ice in a punch bowl.
- Garnish with orange slices if desired.
How to Keep Your Mocktail Cold Without Diluting It
Here’s an easy tip to keep your Apple Blossom cold without getting watered down by melting ice. Take some of the combined fruit juices and pour into ice trays to freeze. Or if you are using a punch bowl, freeze the combined fruit juices in a mold to make an ice ring.
