It’s time for my useful kitchen tools post again. If you’d like to see the first useful kitchen tools post then click here: Five Useful Kitchen Tools That Make Life Easier. I love to cook and I especially enjoy handy kitchen tools that make cooking easier or will make food taste even better. Check out these great tools that are worth a try!
When we did a kitchen remodel I ordered this organizer for my silverware drawer. It fits perfectly, holds an incredible amount, and keeps everything in place. I do recommend that you measure your drawer to be sure it will be the right fit. This organizer does expand so it will fit many drawer sizes. It is made from bamboo and is very sturdy. I keep all my flatware, knives, pizza cutter, and other utensils that I use often in it so that they are within arm’s reach while I’m cooking. I have zero regrets about this purchase.
I saw this wonderful set on social media while I was scrolling one day and it looked so good I had to try it. This is the best set of canisters I have ever owned. They have a tight seal and the little brown sugar saver disc really works to keep it soft! This set has a few little extras (leveler, duster, duster screen) included that make it an even better purchase. I also love that it has measurement lines on the side. I had not had a new canister set in a long time, so I was excited to try these, and I was definitely not disappointed.
If you have not tried this product then order this or get some the next time you’re at the store! It is better than I even thought it would be. I love Dawn Dishwashing Liquid but this does the job on really greasy or baked on messes. It is great for appliances, especially inside the oven and on the oven door. I have found myself using it all around my house. It will cut the grease like nothing I have seen before. I do not use it on my countertops because I worry it might be too strong so I’m not sure about that use. It’s a great cleaner to have on hand all the time.
Oh, my goodness! Have you tried these handy baggie holders? One of our dear readers, Debbie, alerted me to this useful item. They are just the thing if you make Ziplock freezer meals, if you prep veggies or fruit to store, or if you buy large amounts and need to divide it up. It is so much easier to get all of the food into the bag when you don’t have an extra pair of helping hands in the kitchen to hold the bags. The arms expand to accommodate smaller or larger bags and they have suction on the bottom to hold them in place. If you food prep, you need some.
I love to have extra plug ins and charger stations. This provides both…and a shelf! It gives you a place to plug in your mini wifi speaker and sit it right on top, charge your phone or earbuds, and plug in any appliances you need as well. I love that I can sit my phone on the shelf and angle it so that I can read a recipe or have something streaming while I am in the kitchen. This handy outlet can be used anywhere you need extra outlets or need a little bit of shelf space. The nightlight is a plus for having a little light in the kitchen at all times. You’ll wonder what you did without this handy outlet.
