A Simple and Delicious Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup Recipe!
In the wintertime, my favorite thing to cook is soup. I love all kinds, but when I’m feeling sick or it’s really cold outside or I’ve just had a rough day, I always go back to this recipe of my grandmother’s. It’s quick and easy to make. It’s thick and hearty and nourishing. And it reminds me of when my grandmother or my mom would make it when I was little and home sick. Now, I make if for my kids, and it’s my oldest son’s favorite! I hope it will become one of your favorites too!

- This soup makes a lot. When you serve the leftovers, you may need to add a little milk, as it can thicken when refrigerated.
