Destroy Cravings with These Really Easy and Delicious Low-Calorie Snacks!
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, finding nutritious and satisfying snacks can often be a challenge. Snacks have always been a temptation for me, so having delicious options I can reach for that can keep me on track with my health goals but are still delicious is a must! I’ve learned that, with the right choices, I can indulge in delicious snacks that are both low in calories and packed with flavor. In this list, I’ve included some of my favorites! Whether you’re looking for a midday pick-me-up or a guilt-free treat to satisfy your sweet tooth, these snacks have got you covered.
If you're craving sweet...
I love all the different bars that Kind makes, but these are my favorite! They are crunchy and come in so many flavors, you’ll never tire of them. I love the chocolate peanut butter and the apple cinnamon, but the caramel is my personal favorite.
Brownies are definitely a weakness for me, especially if they are homemade by my sister-in-law! These aren’t quite homemade, but if you warm them in the microwave a few seconds, they are gooey and chocolately and so so sweet.
I’ve always loved dry roasted almonds as a salty snack, but when I discovered that I could have roasted almonds that were dusted in chocolate–game changer.
If you're craving cheesy...
If you have a weakness for chips (which I definitely have), finding a low-calorie alternative is tough. These are cheesy and light and pack a satisfying crunch.
Popcorn might be my all-time-favorite snack, so I’m so happy to have found Skinny Pop. They make several flavors, but the white cheddar is my fav, and the handy individual bags make snacking so easy.
If you're craving fruity...
If you don’t buy anything else on this list, but you have a sweet (or sour) tooth, you have to check these out. They also come in flavors like ginger and vanilla, and I love those too, but the meyer lemon is my favorite thing to eat! They also make a great breakfast on the go.
I like fresh fruit, and it always makes for a healthy snack. But fruit can be messy and time-consuming to prep. That’s why I love these. They pack a lot of flavor considering that fruit is the only ingredient, and they are so convenient.
If you're craving salty...
I enjoy these as a lunch staple with peanut butter or cheese, and I highly recommend trying them that way. But, they are also good just on their own. The salt and black pepper is my favorite flavor. They come in so many interesting flavors like buffalo, garlic parmesan, and everything, you’ll find one you love too!
These combine two fan-favorite snacks: chips and popcorn. They are crispy and delicious. The sweet chili and spicy queso are my favs, but I like them all.
Trail mix is always a great go-to snack if you’re trying to eat healthy. I like Oh Nuts because they have so many options, and a lot of the combinations are pretty unique. I hope you’ll check them out.
